Rarely is an instrument greater than the sum of its parts but the Signature Custom achieves it. Please try one before you decide to buy anything else!
We've had a 9 year old beginner, an intermediate teenager, a teacher with many years of experience and a professional player all with the same reaction when they played this model they loved it!
The RAW name comes from the fact the metal is left raw and unlacquered, simply dip cleaned to finish. Exceptionally responsive to play.
Manufacturer Specification:
Hand modified crook chamber and strengthened crook receiver.
Larger body bore for excellent projection.
Redesigned rounded keywork with dished table keys for a faster, smoother playing action.
Top quality leather pads with metal reflectors to give a dynamic & full bodied tone with crisp attack.
Blue needle springs.
Additional adjusting screws for finer playing adjustment.
New double arm design on low C, C# and D keys to prevent twisting damage and on F key for better seating of the F key pad but also to create a solid foundation for F-F#-G#-Bb adjustments.

Comes with case.
Please note this sax doesn't come with a mouthpiece or ligature. If you haven't already got an ebonite mouthpiece we recommend a Selmer Paris S80 or Soloist and a Rovner Dark or Vandoren M/O ligature.
