Our new clarinets have a twelve months guarantee plus any additional manufacturers warranty and the reconditioned second hand used clarinets have a three months guarantee.

Returns can be made within seven working days of receipt of goods. A refund will be given if the clarinet is returned in an undamaged and fully resalable condition, postage costs will not be refunded.
